Dermapen face and neck

This is a microneedling device with 12 tiny needles which are used to pierce the skin. If treating the body, a 32 pin head may be used to cover more surface area. The pen is held vertically over the skin and a small motor then causes the needles to penetrate the skin by moving back and forth rapidly. the depth is determined by the area and needs of each client.

This procedure helps to reduce the appearance of acne scars, stretch marks and wrinkles. Clients most typically book a course of 6 and space them 4-6 weeks apart. This treatment can be combined with mesotherapy which is applied topically throughout the treatments and penetrates through the small holes made by the needles. Clients can expect to be red after this treatment with a feeling of sunburn. This can last between 1-3 days, which can be further reduced by the add on treatments of Teoxane and/or the Dermalux LED.
